| Eligibility |
- Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with the other as a compulsory subject, OR Master’s in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory subject at degree level.
- Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice versa, OR 2 years of translation experience for JHT/JT/JTO, OR 3 years for SHT/ST.
- For Sub Inspector (Hindi Translator) in CRPF: Additional physical standards - Height: 165 cm (Male), 155 cm (Female); Chest: 77-82 cm (Male only).
- One-Time Registration (OTR) on SSC portal is mandatory before applying.
