- Junior Engineer (Civil): Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Additional Requirement for BRO and MES: 2 years of relevant work experience for certain posts (refer to notification).
