Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university or equivalent qualification approved by the Central Government. Candidates in the final year/semester of their graduation may apply provisionally, provided they submit proof of passing by 31 December 2025. Knowledge of the local language of the applied state/UT (reading, writing, and speaking). Candidates with Integrated Dual Degrees (IDD) must ensure the passing date is on or before 31 December 2025.

Preliminary Examination (Online, Objective, Qualifying). Main Examination (Online, Objective, Marks counted for final selection). Local Language Proficiency Test (LPT) for candidates who have not studied the local language in school. Document Verification. Medical Examination.

Pay Scale
Starting Basic Pay: ₹26,730/- per month (includes two advance increments for graduates). Total Monthly Emoluments: Approximately ₹46,000/- per month in metro cities like Mumbai, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other allowances. Pay Scale: ₹24,050/- to ₹64,480/- with structured increments. Probation Period: Minimum 6 months.
