Education: B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration (D.N.E.A.) from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or Bihar Health Department.

Registration: Must be registered with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council, Patna.
