Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- IT Officer: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication or MCA with minimum 60% marks
- Law Officer: LLB with minimum 60% marks and 3 years experience as practicing lawyer
- HR/Personnel Officer: Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/HR
- Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing with minimum 60% marks from recognized university
- Agricultural Officer: Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry with minimum 60% marks
- Risk Management Officer: MBA in Finance with certification in Risk Management
- Chartered Accountant: Qualified CA with membership of ICAI
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience for all positions
- Experience in banking/financial sector will be preferred
Selection Process
The selection process for BOM Scale II Officer recruitment will consist of:
- Online Examination: Objective type test covering Professional Knowledge, Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness.
- Group Discussion (GD): For candidates who qualify the online examination.
- Personal Interview: Final round for candidates who clear the Group Discussion.
Note: The final selection will be based on the combined performance in the Online Examination, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
Salary & Benefits
Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹ 48,170 - ₹ 69,810 (Scale II) as per the BOM rules.
Approximate In-hand Salary:
The initial in-hand salary will be approximately ₹ 65,000 - ₹ 75,000 per month including various allowances.
